Holiday packages unveiled10 June 2009, 00:15:11 - (596 hits) The tour-operating arm of Qatar Airways has unveiled a series of value for money holiday packages in celebration of the Eid al-Adha break and the Christmas season.
"Qatar Airways Holidays suit all holiday wants and budgets, ranging from family holiday, romantic getaway, sun and sand beach escape to culture and shopping city break," said a Qatar Airways official.
"There are plenty of un-missable deals to be had, taking advantage of Qatar Airways' extensive network of routes across Europe, Middle East, Africa, South Asia, Far East and North America," the official added.
Nearly all deals come with one week's travel insurance included at no extra charge. The tours offered include cruising the ocean onboard the luxury cruise liner Legend of the Seas on its Best of Malaysia tour and experiencing true decadence at sea with a 9-hole miniature golf course, four whirlpools and a solarium with a sliding roof.
Deals start at QR7,320 (per person on twin sharing basis), for three nights onboard the ship, on a fullboard basis and two nights at the legendary Traders Hotel in Singapore, return flights to and from Singapore with Qatar Airways, all airport / pier transfers and one week free insurance on top.
Another deal is staying at Kupu Kupu Barong villas and Tree Spa in Bali, a five star boutique hotel set in three hectares of lush tropical gardens overlooking the Ayung River Valley and rice paddies. Three night stay inclusive of flights, transfers and insurance starts at QR4,250 (per person on twin sharing basis).
Qatar Airways also offers spending Christmas break in New York City. A three night break starts from QR5,810 (per person on twin sharing basis) including flights and free travel insurance. Accommodation is in the pulse point of the city at the Sheraton Manhattan in Times Square.
